What Is Sadness?

Sadness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of sorrow, loss, or grief. Unlike happiness or excitement, sadness often feels heavy, but it’s an important emotion that helps us process difficult experiences. Feeling sad from time to time is a normal part of life and can actually be a sign of emotional health, as it shows we’re engaged with our experiences.

Types of Sadness
